This Privacy Policy sets out how we protect the Personal Information of users of our Services (“you” or “your”), including the type of information we collect, where we store it, how and for what purposes such information is collected and used, to whom the information is shared, how it is safeguarded and how you can access such information in our possession in order to make any appropriate changes. We reserve the right to make modifications to this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to adapt it to any changes in applicable laws or our activities.   • Partners: We share certain of your Personal Information with the National Football League group of companies, and Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group, such as your name, e-mail address, telephone number and postal address, as provided by you, as well as additional information in connection with your use of our Website and/or Services, and your interaction with the various elements of the Event, for statistical, marketing and any other purposes described in the privacy policies of such partners.

  • Affiliates: We may share your Personal Information with our affiliates for the purpose of performing services on our behalf or for us.

  • Service providers: Your Personal Information may be shared with third parties acting on our behalf or for us, such as ticket distributors, payment processors, data processors and technical systems consultants.

  • Promotional partners: We may share your Personal Information with third parties who may, from time to time, associate themselves with CDS NFL Event, L.L.C. for the presentation of the Event or for any other activities, such as contests, games, sweepstakes or other promotions.

9. COLLECTION AND USE OF CHILDREN’S PERSONAL INFORMATION

CDS NFL Event, L.L.C. takes children’s privacy seriously. We do not knowingly collect, store or use Personal Information of children under the age of 13 through the Website or at the Event. If you are a minor under the laws of your country, please do not submit any Personal Information through the Website or at the Event without the express consent and participation of both parents or all legal guardians (as applicable).

10. ADVERTISEMENT

The Website contains advertising and content provided by third parties. Our Website also includes hyperlinks to such third parties' websites. These third parties have privacy practices that may be different from this Privacy Policy. If you visit the websites of such third parties or purchase products or services from such third parties, CDS NFL Event, L.L.C. is not responsible for the manner in which your personal information may be used by said third parties.

11. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY DISCLOSURES

Legislation in California provides that California residents are entitled to know how CDS NFL Event, L.L.C. responds to “Do Not Track” browser settings. If activated by you, this setting sends a special signal to the websites you encounter while web browsing indicating that you do not wish to be tracked. CDS NFL Event, L.L.C. does not respond to Do Not Track signals at this time. If we do so in the future, we will describe how so in this Privacy Policy.

Legislation in California also permits users who are California residents to request certain information about the sharing of their personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. 12. GOVERNING LAW

This Privacy Policy shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of New York. In case of any disputes between you and CDS NFL Event, L.L.C. regarding your use of the Website and/or Services and/or your participating in the Event, such disputes shall be resolved under the laws of the State of New York, excluding its conflict of law principles, and the federal and state courts of New York shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine all claims.
